BENEFITS OF FHA HOME LOANS

FHA home loans are loans that are insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA). Since the FHA loan is insured by a government agency, Lenders, Mortgage Companies and Banks are willing to make loans available to people that otherwise may not have been approved for a loan. Perhaps the greatest benefit of an FHA loan is that little to no money down is required to be approved for the loan. Another major benefit to using an FHA loan for your mortgage needs is that less than average credit and even sometimes poor credit is allowed. In most cases if you don't have great credit, then your interest rate will be much higher, however, all FHA loans carry low rates.

FHA is a very popular route for the first time homebuyer to take. It is not a program reserved only for first time home buyers. You can buy your third or fourth home with an FHA loan.
